Spaghetti with Meat Sauce

Ingredients:
18 Roma Tomatoes or 6 16 oz cans crushed tomatoes
2 lbs ground beef
1 yellow onion
1 bulb garlic minced or 1/4 cup
3 Tbsp marjoram
7 Tbsp basil
7 Tbsp oregano
2 Tbsp salt
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp rosemary

Brown 1 diced onion and add 2 lbs of ground beef seasoned with:
3 Tbsp marjoram
1 Tbsp basil
1 Tbsp oregano
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp rosemary

To the ground beef add:
18 Roma Tomatoes or 6 16 oz cans crushed tomatoes
1 bulb garlic minced or 1/4 cup
6 Tbsp Basil
6 Tbsp Oregano
2 Tbsp salt

Cook on low for 4 hours if you have the time, stirring occasionally. Browning your onion and slow cooking your sauce will give a sweeter flavor. Serve over 5 sautéed spiralized zucchini. It’s easier to cook them in batches. You will need about a half cup of olive oil.
