Butterfinger Balls

2 Tbsp peanut, sunflower seed or almond butter
2 Tbsp chocolate chips or cocoa powder
1 tsp honey
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup finely shredded coconut

Mix honey and salt. Add nut butter followed by your choice of chocolate. Roll into balls and press into coconut to help maintain shape. Refrigerate. If you find the dough too wet add coconut shreds into it. If you find it to be too dry as is the bottom of most natural nut butters, dip your fingers in coconut oil and incorporate it into the dough.
