Chicken or Turkey Nuggets

So are these going to fulfill my desire for McDonalds nuggets? Probably not, but I will feel better mentally and physically after eating them. Frying isn’t the preferred method for paleo cooking, but sometimes you gotta live a little.

1 lb turkey or chicken ground
chicken seasoning
1 1/2 cups coconut flour
4 eggs
1 cup oil

Mix the turkey or chicken with seasoning and form into balls. Press down with a spoon to form nugget shapes. Coat in flour, then dip in egg, then back in flour for a double batter. Heat oil to 375 and gently place nuggets in oil and cook on each side until browned. About 15 minutes total. Be gentle or the batter will fall off. I wonder if almond flour has the same problem. Bake I. The oven on 375 for 20 additional minutes. Serve with paleo BBQ sauce.
