Turkey Meatloaf

Tastes much better than it looks :). I made this last year for Thanksgiving Potluck. This is enough for 2-3 people. I would definitely double it if you want leftovers. Cook on 350 for for 45 to 60 minutes depending on the loaf thickness. If you have a meat thermometer I recommend cooking until the internal temperature is 160 to 180. Also, I tried this with a higher fat content and it was mushy. I reused it for quiche, which my husband loves!

Ingredients:
1 lb 93 percent lean turkey
1 egg
2 Tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp mustard powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
