Turkey Quiche

This recipe can be made primal or paleo with a few adjustments. I made meatloaf with 85 percent lean turkey and found it to be too crumbly because of the high fat content. I decided it would be good to reuse it to make quiche. I bought a lower fat turkey to retry my meatloaf recipe from last Thanksgiving.

1 lb turkey meatloaf or browned turkey
8 eggs
2 cups cheese or sweet potato hashbrowns
3/4 cup almond milk or organic milk
1 tbsp diced pimentos
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp white pepper

Cook on 350 40 to 50 minutes or until the center is firm.
