Sausage & Broccoli Quiche

16 oz Hormel ground pork
9 eggs
1/4 cup milk*
8 oz diced frozen broccoli
1/2 cup raw diced onion
1 tsp pimentos
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Cook the ground pork in a skillet with red pepper flakes and salt. Transfer to a 9×9 glass baking dish. Add thawed broccoli and layer onion on top. Scramble eggs with your choice of cows milk, almond, coconut, or heavy cream. I used regular milk, but often use cream. Add in half the pepper and pour eggs over mix. Spoon diced pimentos on top for color. Sautéed red pepper or salsa are other options. Sprinkle with remaining pepper. Bake on 350 for approximately 45 minutes.
