My husband and I both work for The Foundry Chicago aka Printer’s Row CrossFit. For our whole 30 challenge we started sharing recipes amongst those on the challenge and afterwards I just kept going. What is the Paleo Diet? Paleo is short for Paleolithic, referring to a time when we obtained our food from hunting and gathering. What does it include? Meat, lots of vegetables, fruit in moderation, nuts and seeds, healthy oils, and nut based flours including coconut flour and almond flour.
