This recipe is per pound. I also occasionally add a tsp of dried cilantro if my Mom isn’t eating them, ha ha. She hates cilantro. When ever I make salsa for a party I always waiver on whether or not to add it. Comments on your feelings about cilantro are appreciated 🙂
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp cumin
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
